WTF-What the Feedback™
Giving Productive Feedback
Learn how to give feedback that is clear, grounded, and actually moves work forward.
This course focuses on preparing for feedback conversations with intention, minimizing and managing defensive triggers, saying what needs to be said with clarity and respect, and following through so feedback leads to real change.
Participants leave with a simple, repeatable approach they can use immediately to give feedback that drives lasting change.
The course runs eight hours and is delivered in two consecutive four-hour blocks held on consecutive weekdays.
Full attendance for both blocks is required to ensure participants get the complete SKWILL building experience and achieve the intended outcomes. Separate sessions are designed as a single, cohesive experience, so attendance cannot be split across months.

Founded by experience
WTF-What the Feedback™ was created by Kim Baker after years of working with leaders, teams, and organizations where feedback was consistently the breaking point — not because people didn’t care, but because they weren’t taught how to do it well.
After training thousands of professionals and facilitating conversations where trust was on the line, one truth became clear: feedback is the fastest way to build trust — and the quickest way to lose it.
This program is the result.
